Need to eat omega-3 fatty acids, from flax seeds and walnuts. Vitamin-E in greens, raw nuts, seeds. A diet rich in fruits and vegs.
A high-nutrient vegetable-nut-fruit based diet.
1tablespoon of ground flax seeds daily.
At least 1ounce of raw walnuts daily, with addition of other raw nuts.
DHA supplement, 100-400mg daily.
Multivitamin without vitamin A or isolated beta-carotene.
No processed foods, dairy fat or trans fat
No oils
Avoidance from known allergens
